Are you a good match?

You have significant experience in a managerial position in the retail industry as well as a deep understanding of the importance of working with a team. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a non-compromise attitude and approach along with precision and reliability within daily routine.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for serving clients and contributing to the boutique turnover through personal action plans to reach sales targets. You will be taking part in the team development by sharing your expertise and will be involved in operational tasks and the excellence of services provided to the clientele. In this function:

  • You will set & follow-up objectives, challenge & develop the team, drive engagement, animate the floor activity, and perform sales coaching
  • You will build your team action plan to reach sales targets, monitor performance and KPIs, and be the referent on clienteling activities
  • You will ensure & develop customer service excellence, sell when needed, and be a role model regarding the selling ceremony
