Summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a passionate and hands-on Assistant Bar Manager to support the operations at Eunoia. The successful candidate will assist in leading daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving beverage innovation aligned with our brand standards. Leadership responsibilities include training, development, and maintaining a positive, energetic, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with brand standards.
2. Lead, train, and develop the bar team to uphold high performance, product knowledge, and hospitality standards.
3. Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and timely procurement of beverages and supplies.
4. Contribute to beverage menu development and promotional activities, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
5. Maintain hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality and internal protocols.
6. Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
7. Respond proactively and professionally to guest feedback.

Qualifications
