• Willingness to complete a teaching qualification under UK HEA Fellowship Scheme is preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to publishing Scopus publications and active research networks.

Responsibilities

• Teach and conduct research in the College of Law.
• Publish in reputable journals and contribute to research outputs.
• Engage with students and provide mentorship inside and outside the classroom.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation efforts.

We are currently seeking a number of new Faculty and specifically in the areas of Penal Law; Administrative and Constitutional Law; Economics, Finance and Taxation Law; Law & Technology; and Commercial Law for Assistant and Associate Professor positions.

The College of Law is a regional leader in legal education, offering a Bachelor of Law, a Master of Public Law, a Master of Private Law, and a Master of Laws (MLL) in Cyber Law and Artificial Intelligence, and a PhD in Law. Our programs are CAA and WASC-accredited. Our curriculum, primarily in Arabic with selected courses in English, reflects our commitment to academic excellence and cultural diversity. 1. Minimum Years of Experience Required/ Nature of Relevant Experience Required

a) Assistant and Associate Professor

• Have a doctoral or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Have demonstrated significant scholarly accomplishments appropriate to his/her discipline.
• He/she should have had at least eight years of full-time teaching and research experience (with key research publications) to be considered for Associate Professor.
• Have demonstrated excellent teaching ability and shown continuing active engagement with students in and outside the classroom.

2. Special Skills And Abilities

• Communication/Teaching Skills, Presentation Skills, Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Have a teaching qualification or be willing to complete one under the UK HEA Fellowship Scheme.
• Demonstrated commitment to publishing Scopus publications.
• Clear engagement with research networks (evidence-based).
• Demonstration of being a ‘good University citizen’
