• Ability to provide consultancy services to researchers and the business community.
• Assess and track each students progress and give feedback to support ongoing success.
• Conduct high-quality research in his/her own field and publish research outcomes in reputable journals and conferences.
• Ensure a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment in all college-focused activities
• Establish and maintain effective work relationships across the organization and community
• Motivate and inspire confidence in others (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations to personal growth and success

The Department of Information Technology at the College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT) at Ajman University invites applications for a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor position in Information Technology - Cybersecurity, starting Spring 2026. The selected candidate will focus on research and teaching in Cybersecurity. The role includes undergraduate teaching and active engagement with industry and business communities. The successful applicant will be part of the Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity program and may also collaborate with other programs within the Information Technology department.
