Job summary
Liwa University’s College of Engineering and Computing invites applications for Assistant/Associate Professor in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with specialization in AI, ML, Cloud Computing or Networking. Qualifications
- Bachelor, Master’s, and PhD degrees in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related fields from a reputable University. Specialization must be in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cloud Computing and Networking.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English
- A minimum of two years’ teaching experience in an institution of higher learning.
- Record of scholarship and teaching at undergraduate level; publications in Scopus-indexed journals; AI in teaching is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Participate in teaching theoretical and practical courses in the specialization.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Perform college, community, and professional service.
- Assist in the continued development and promotion of the program.
