Job summary

Alpha Auto LLC is seeking an Assistant Accountant in Dubai to support day-to-day financial tasks and maintain accurate records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training opportunities are provided.

The role involves invoicing, data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and customer communication. Proficiency in Excel/MS Office and basic accounting knowledge are required; Tally knowledge is a plus. UAE-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions.

• Communicate professionally with customers on accounting inquiries.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.

• Support Senior Accountant/Finance Team with daily tasks.

Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role

Alpha Auto LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and providing professional communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.

• Record and organize financial data and supporting documents.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Follow up with customers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

• Communicate professionally with customers and respond to basic accounting-related inquiries.

• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.

• Support the Senior Accountant/Finance Team with daily accounting tasks.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.
