Job Description
  • Shall oversee the daily operations of asset supervisors and ensure that activities are aligned with organizational policies and service expectations.
  • Monitor the integrity of the asset register, verify compliance with allocation and disposal procedures, and validate audit results.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between on‑site asset teams and the remote project management function, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date asset records (hardware, equipment, tools, and materials) within the asset management system.
  • Support daily asset verification activities and follow up with internal stakeholders for missing or untagged items.
  • Conduct routine physical checks to ensure assets are properly tagged, recorded, and stored.
  • Coordinate asset allocation, transfers, retrievals, and disposal processes.
  • Assist in preparing asset movement documents such as handover forms, delivery notes, transfer sheets, and disposal forms.
  • Generate asset‑related reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and submit to supervisors and management.
  • Report discrepancies, damage, or loss of assets and support investigation and reconciliation efforts.
  • Support audit and compliance requirements by providing complete and accurate documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and asset handling procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: High school graduate / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or Information Management.
Experience
  • Minimum: 1‑2 years of relevant experience in managing physical assets and their lifecycle.
  • Desired: 2‑4 years of professional experience in asset management.
Skills & Abilities
  • Hands‑on experience with asset/inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with barcode handheld devices and tracking applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments.
  • Good communication and follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to handle occasional field visits when required.
