Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead asset performance and value maximization for commercial and residential high‑rise assets from handover through operations. You will manage asset strategy, financial performance, risk and compliance, vendor performance, and stakeholder relationships while driving operational efficiency and investor‑aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi‑year asset strategies, performance benchmarks, and capital improvement programs.
  • Oversee transition from construction to operations, including commissioning, snagging, warranties, and handover documentation.
  • Lead leasing strategies and occupancy optimization with brokers and internal teams.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets and long‑term forecasts.
  • Implement sustainability, ESG, and lifecycle cost‑optimization initiatives.
  • Manage service providers, facility management contracts, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate insurance programs, claim resolution, and enterprise risk.
  • Prepare valuation support, lender reporting, audit documentation, and executive dashboards.
Experience & Qualifications
