Qualifications

• Minimum of High school graduate / Diploma in a relevant field is required.

• Experience in managing physical assets and their lifecycle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of asset supervisors and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate asset records within the management system.
• Conduct routine physical checks to ensure assets are properly tagged.
• Generate asset-related reports and submit to management.

Skills

Hands-on experience with asset/inventory management systems

Familiarity with barcode handheld devices and tracking applications

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Strong organizational skills

Good communication skills

Education

High school graduate / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT
