Job summary

AW Connect is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to identify and manage suppliers, negotiate with factories and ODM partners, and drive products from concept through sampling, production and launch.

The role works with suppliers across Asia and coordinates with a Hong Kong agent, quality partners and internal teams to ensure products are commercially viable, technically feasible and delivered to the required standards. A retail background is ideally preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing experience in Asia, with a focus on factories/ODM suppliers.
• Strong negotiation around pricing, MOQs, lead times and product specs.
• Experience in product development, prototypes and supplier coordination.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly structured, autonomous and able to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing across accessories and lifestyle products, focusing on China, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
• Identify, assess and develop relationships with factories, ODM suppliers and manufacturers.
• Build and maintain a reliable supplier network with regular visits and reviews.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times and commercial terms.
• Oversee product development from concept to production, including prototypes and sampling.
• Coordinate with Hong Kong agent, quality partners, factories and internal stakeholders.
