Linklaters in Dubai invites native Arabic-speaking first-year law students from underrepresented backgrounds to join the Making Links Asia University Programme. The initiative develops technical and professional skills while building commercial fluency and a global outlook in English.

The programme includes regional webinars (Jan–Jun), coaching, paid work experience in the Dubai office, and sponsorship of two weeks’ salary, plus invitations to local activities to boost professional confidence.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic-speaking first year law students with an underrepresented background, committed to pursuing a career in commercial law, and with consistent academic performance.

Responsabilités

• Interactive webinars and online learning organised regionally (Jan to Jun).
• One-on-one coaching sessions.
• Paid work experience programme in the closest local office.
• Two-weeks’ salary sponsorship paid at the start of the work experience programme.
• Invitations to local office activities throughout the programme.
• Strong focus on developing confidence using English (written and oral) in a professional setting.
