Job summary

LEAMS Education in Dubai seeks an experienced Biology Teacher (AS/A Level) to deliver high-quality Biology instruction under the British Curriculum. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Biology (or related subject) with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification, and MOFA attestation with Equivalency/Genuinity certificates.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree/Master’s in Biology or related subject with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Biology at AS/A Level, preferably in a British Curriculum school.
• MOFA attestation with Equivalency/Genuinity certificates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons in line with British Curriculum and examination board requirements.
• Prepare students for AS/A Level examinations through effective teaching, practical activities, revision, and targeted academic support.
• Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and implement interventions to improve achievement.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and contribute to departmental development, assessment, and school improvement initiatives.
