Want More in Dubai is seeking a Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare hot and cold beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and assist with general store maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a salary of 1400 AED per month and flexible hours; foreign applicants are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of barista experience, strong interpersonal skills, basic espresso knowledge, and latte art ability.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of barista experience in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of brewing methods such as espresso extraction and latte art.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while preparing hot and cold beverages according to orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, counters, shelves, utensils and cups.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills when stocking items or cleaning surfaces.
