Key Responsibilities

As Area Manager – Service, you will be responsible for proactively managing customer relationships, leading and coaching a team of Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, continuously improving field performance, driving profitability, growing the business, and delivering high‑quality customer service. You will also ensure all customer, safety, operational, and financial KPIs are achieved or exceeded.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of Service experience within the Elevator & Escalator industry
  • Strong understanding of Maintenance & Service Business
  • Previous Service Sales experience an added advantage
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of Finance
  • Strong English communication skills – ability to communicate complex data clearly and to write and speak effectively
  • Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, diligent, organized self‑starter with an orientation toward a high level of customer service
  • Attention to detail – precise in work, able to spot errors and ensure corrections for accurate results
  • Ability to evaluate business performance and identify initiatives to drive positive business performance
