Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site inspections for compliance with quality standards.

  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Identify non-conforming work and follow up for corrective actions.
  • Inspect architectural finishes and other interior works.
  • Coordinate with other inspectors and site teams.
  • Participate in snagging and de-snagging activities.
  • Attend coordination meetings with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and site documentation.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure architectural and civil enabling works are carried out in line with approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor compliance with contract documents local regulations and industry best practices throughout all construction stages.
  • Review and provide comments on shop drawings material submittals mock-ups and method statements.
  • Identify non‑conforming work issue site observations/NCRs and follow up to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Inspect and verify architectural finishes including masonry cladding waterproofing joinery false ceilings painting tiling and other interior works.
  • Coordinate with other discipline inspectors and site teams to ensure proper integration and avoid clashes between trades.
  • Participate in snagging and de‑snagging activities prepare punch lists and ensure timely closure of items.
  • Attend coordination meetings with contractors consultants and client representatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections observations and related site documentation.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 8‑10 years of overall experience in site inspection including civil enabling works architectural and finishing works.
  • Proven experience with high‑rise residential towers and luxury hospitality projects.
  • Must have a consultancy background with minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE building codes architectural standards and finishing materials.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering high‑quality finishes on complex high‑value projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail communication and reporting skills.
