Job summary

A leading Dubai-based developer is seeking a Project Engineer - Architectural to oversee architectural works for high-rise commercial and residential building projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations, drawing from at least 5 years of relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards. This role requires strong site inspection skills and a thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in Dubai building construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and practices.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance.
• Verify contractor's work aligns with local authority requirements.
• Attend inspection requests and coordinate with contractors.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor architectural finishes and ensure quality control.
