Job Summary

A Site Architect is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of construction projects on-site. This role involves ensuring that the design intent is realized during construction coordinating with various stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise during the building process.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that the architectural design is implemented correctly and according to the plans.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors engineers and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site making adjustments to plans as necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities including daily logs inspection reports and change orders.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the project.

Specific Skills Required

• Site experience in estimation installation and all site activities related to all Architectural works for construction of variety of building projects.
• Familiar with all the Architectural Engineering methodologies as well as the corresponding equipment materials consumables tools related to Architectural l works for building projects.
• Well versed in interpreting and executing Architectural related drawings.
• Have the knowledge of the related Authorities requirements
• Computer literate proficient in programs such as AutoCAD Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and the relevant discipline design software.
• Villa and Commercial buildings experience required with strong background in start-up execution and handover of major projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in all aspects of supervision and project administration of the Architectural works related to large-scale projects within Middle East in the consulting industry.
