Qualifikationen
- 15 years experience across data analytics, automation or AI ideally in financial services
- Strong understanding of investment and financial data reporting and systems
- Proven track record building enterprise data platforms and full-stack applications
- Hands-on technical expertise across modern data, BI, automation and AI tools
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline

- Deliver prototypes automations and production-ready solutions
- Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for data analytics automation and AI
- Build and enhance the enterprise data warehouse and trusted reporting layers
- Establish and scale an AI Factory including agentic workflows and internal copilots
- Partner with senior stakeholders across investments, finance and technology to modernise ways of working
