Job summary

The Luxe Developers in Dubai seeks an experienced Architect to lead architectural design and project development for premium luxury real estate, from concept through handover.

You will coordinate consultants and contractors, manage approvals with Dubai authorities, ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Candidates should have 10–12 years UAE experience, G+12 permit, SOE membership, and strong design software skills (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop).

Qualifications

• 10–12 years UAE experience across real estate development, consultancy and construction.
• Lead architectural concepts from inception through full development and execution.
• Experience delivering high-rise developments of G+12 and above.
• Must hold a valid G+12/Unlimited Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval Permit.
• Must be an active member of the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals and UAE building regulations and coordination.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to join our Real Estate Development team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead architectural design and project development from concept creation through construction and handover for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role requires strong expertise in design management, consultant and contractor coordination, authority approvals, technical reviews, and ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience across real estate development, consultancy, and construction.
• Proven ability to lead architectural concepts from inception through full project development and execution.
• Experience delivering and managing high-rise developments of G+12 and above
• Must hold a valid G+12/ Unlimited Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval Permit.
• Must be an active member of the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals, UAE building regulations, and project coordination.
