Job summary

Welo Global seeks experienced language professionals to review and refine Arabic (UAE) customer service content and improve machine-translated materials. You will edit, rate MT output, and provide high-quality human translations to support model training and quality evaluation.

The role is ongoing, remote, with an hourly rate of $22.69. Candidates should have native Arabic (UAE) and strong English, translation or QA experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

Native proficiency in Arabic (UAE) and strong English skills.
Experience in translation, localization, or translation quality review.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently in an online environment.
Previous experience working in a TMS is a plus.
Successful completion of required assessments.

Responsibilities

Edit and review machine-translated customer service content with high accuracy and consistency.
Evaluate MT output quality and apply severity ratings per guidelines.
Produce high-quality human translations as reference data for model training and evaluation.
Follow provided style guides, tone rules, and terminology requirements.
Identify and report recurring MT quality issues and batch-level trends.
