Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology seeks Adjunct Faculty to provide instruction in General Studies and program-specific courses to second language learners in a student-centered environment. Teaching loads may not exceed nine credits per semester, with workdays Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Reporting to the Program Coordinator, candidates should hold a Master's or Bachelor's with strong industry experience and relevant professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline.
• Or Bachelor's Degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per the discipline requirement.
• Appropriate academic qualifications as required.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective instruction in undergraduate courses in respective discipline, covering regular program courses including capstone projects, work experience, and senior-level specialized courses.
• Involvement in applied research and outreach activities at the College and within the community are welcomed.
