Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Arabic Specialty Cook to design and prepare authentic Arabic cuisine. The ideal candidate is passionate about Middle Eastern flavours, demonstrates exceptional culinary skills and is committed to creating memorable dining experiences. This role requires a deep knowledge of traditional and contemporary Arabic recipes, excellent food presentation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Arabic Cuisine Preparation & Menu Development: Develop plan and execute a range of authentic Arabic dishes including hot and cold mezze, grilled specialities, traditional mains and desserts.

  • Create seasonal and event-based menus that reflect regional flavours and culinary trends within the Arabic cuisine.

  • Ensure the highest standard of taste, presentation and consistency in all dishes served.

  • Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary requirements without compromising authenticity or flavour.

Qualifications
  • Culinary diploma or professional chef qualifications (preferred).

  • 35 years of experience as a chef specialising in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine within a professional kitchen.

  • Proven ability to design menus and lead kitchen operations to high standards.

  • Experience working in a multicultural hospitality environment is an advantage.
