Our Client is a well known recruiting agency based in Dubai urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabic-speaking Talent Acquisition Manager / Admin Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role combines HR, recruitment, administration, and client relationship management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations including document control, employee records, and office coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Proactively identify and engage with new potential clients to grow the business.
  • Draft, review, and manage client contracts and ensure all agreements are properly documented and executed.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the point of contact for HR and recruitment service discussions.
  • Prepare reports, assist with planning, and support management with HR and client-related projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Administration, and Client Management within the UAE.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and contract procedures.
