Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with high profile and diverse clientele.
• Experience in providing high standard service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and managing waiting list.
• Providing menus and answering initial questions.
• Seating guests and managing table rotation.
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Responding to complaints and resolving them.
• Taking reservations and answering questions.
• Assisting with other restaurant positions as needed.
