Job summary
Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a highly qualified, American Board–Certified Endocrinologist fluent in Arabic to join a premier Dubai healthcare provider. The role focuses on diagnosing and managing complex endocrine disorders in a diverse patient population.
The successful candidate will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform endocrine procedures, and participate in audits and CME activities while delivering culturally sensitive care in
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent with American Board Certification in Endocrinology
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years post-board experience in a hospital or specialty clinic
- Strong clinical acumen and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions including diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases
- Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care
- Conduct endocrine procedures and interpret hormonal assays and imaging
- Provide culturally sensitive care and patient education in Arabic
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and CME activities
