Job summary

Brookfield in Dubai is seeking an Arabic-speaking Corporate Communications Manager to join our Communications team. This broad role covers media relations, content development and project management, reporting to Head of Corporate Communications for India and Middle East.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years professional experience in communications – in agency or in-house.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across geographies.
• Experience working with media in the Middle East, ideally with exposure to financial services or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit high-quality content across formats, including transaction announcements, executive communications, internal memos, social media and digital content.
• Support the development of owned content across channels (website, intranet, social, video, newsletters).
• Identify opportunities to promote Brookfield’s brand, investments and thought leadership, including on-ground events in the Middle East.
• Ensure content aligns with Brookfield’s tone of voice, brand standards and priorities.
• Provide writing and editorial support to senior stakeholders and business teams.
• Plan and execute communications and content initiatives across the Middle East.
• Manage timelines, approvals and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows involving internal teams and external partners/agencies.
• Support development of multimedia content (including video).
• Support proactive and reactive media engagement and draft press materials.

Arabic Speaking Corporate Communications Manager

Location – Dubai

Position Summary

We are seeking a Communications Generalist at Manager level to join our Communications team in Dubai. This is a broad, execution focused role spanning media relations, content development and project management. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory. The role combines strong editorial capability with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate across stakeholders and support strategic communications initiatives across the Middle East. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping scale and execute Brookfield’s content and communications strategy here, supporting storytelling across earned, owned and internal platforms. This individual will help build and strengthen regional capability while bringing best practices from and alignment with Brookfield’s global communications framework. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, global environment. This position reports to the Head of Corporate Communications for India and Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Project Management (~60%)

Content & Editorial

• Draft and edit high-quality content across formats, including transaction announcements, executive communications, internal memos, social media and digital content.
• Support the development of owned content across channels (website, intranet, social, video, newsletters).
• Identify opportunities to promote Brookfield’s brand, investments and thought leadership. Including on ground support for Brookfield events in the Middle East. Also includes identifying and tracking relevant industry thought leadership events and participation for Brookfield leaders.
• Ensure all content aligns with Brookfield’s tone of voice, brand standards and strategic priorities.
• Provide writing and editorial support to senior stakeholders and business teams

Content Coordination & Project Management

• Plan and execute communications and content initiatives across Middle East
• Manage timelines, approvals and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows involving internal teams and external partners/agencies
• Support development of multimedia content (including video), working with internal and external stakeholders

Media Relations (~40%)

• Support proactive and reactive media engagement
• Respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, coordinating with internal stakeholders including Legal and business teams
• Draft and manage press materials including press releases, Q&As, briefing documents, talking points and media strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets
• Support issues and reputation management, including monitoring, escalation and response coordination
