Job summary

HRsource is seeking an Arabic-speaking Senior Account Executive for a growing PR agency in Dubai. You will join the corporate affairs team, manage client accounts, and lead media relations and event programming.

Responsibilities include publishing across media, creating client-ready content in Arabic, coordinating press briefings, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns. The role requires strong writing, organisation, and a track record in PR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years in PR, communications, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and PR campaigns.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools, PR software, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a client or WIP sections under senior oversight.
• Manage day-to-day publishing across online and traditional media.
• Lead conception, delivery, and follow-up of events including press conferences.
• Create client-ready content: press releases, articles, speeches, briefs, social content.
• Localise materials for Arabic audience and collaborate with translation team.
• Understand social media channels and optimise content to drive results.
