You will lead design execution across channels, collaborating with strategy and client teams, and mentoring junior designers. The position is based in Dubai with a hybrid work model (4 days in office, Friday WFH).

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in brand design with a strong portfolio across identity and multi‑channel applications (preference for local speakers).
• Arabic typography and localization experience is valued.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with ability to translate strategy into visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Design identities and design systems across touchpoints with a high bar for craft.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives and accounts to ensure on-brief, on-brand delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of critique and growth.
