The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 5+ years in IT or consulting, and immediate or short-notice availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information technology, systems consulting, or domain-specific engineering.
• Strong domain knowledge related to Organizational Change Manager – Arabic Speaker.
• Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise engagements in fast-paced client environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute specialized technical engineering, design, and implementation tasks for the Organizational Change Manager – Arabic Speaker function.
