Job summary

CAMEL Creatives FZ LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an Accountant – Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations to manage invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, and financial documentation, with emphasis on client payments and accurate records. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in Accounting, 2–4 years UAE experience, strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, and fluent Arabic and English for client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent Accounts Receivable, invoicing, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation knowledge.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT requirements and Tax Invoice documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, proforma invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers; maintain AR tracker; monitor overdue payments.
• Bookkeeping & QuickBooks: record income/expenses, categorize transactions, process supplier invoices and payments, ensure supporting documents.
• Bank & Expense Reconciliation: reconcile bank statements, match with invoices and expenses, follow up missing documents.
• VAT & Tax Preparation Support: maintain VAT records, coordinate with external Tax Agent for VAT and corporate tax.
• Reporting: provide management with updates on AR, payments, bank balance, and missing documents.
