Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an ABA Therapist to implement individualized ABA treatment plans and support clients in developing communication, social, academic, daily living, and self-help skills. You will use positive reinforcement and record progress data to guide interventions, while collaborating with supervisors and families.

The role requires knowledge of ABA principles, strong communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention techniques.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy, and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to complete required ABA training and supervision.
• Certification such as RBT is an advantage where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and clinical supervision.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
• Adjust teaching strategies as directed by the supervising clinician based on client progress and data
