Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a forward-thinking financial services organisation in Dubai to recruit an AI engineering leader. You will design and implement scalable AI workflows and agentic architectures, building end-to-end pipelines that integrate models, retrieval systems, and data platforms.

Collaborate with Applied AI specialists to deploy innovative AI solutions into production, and optimise performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
• Strong understanding of workflow architecture and AI system design.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems in production contexts.

The Successful Applicant

• Background in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to scale AI applications beyond proof-of-concept or demonstration environments.
