Qualifications

• Experience with Google Play and iTunes Connect is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical Support Specialist or similar CS role in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

Responsibilities

• Submit Como white label apps to Google Play and App Store.
• Provide ongoing tier 1 support to partners.
• Manage the submission queue and improve processes.
