Animator Role Description

We are seeking a creative, imaginative, and detail-oriented Animator to create engaging visual content for digital media, advertising, social media, marketing campaigns, entertainment, and other creative projects. The role involves transforming concepts, scripts, storyboards, and creative ideas into compelling animations and visual experiences. Key responsibilities include developing animation concepts, creating storyboards, designing characters and visual elements, and producing 2D or 3D animations according to project requirements. You will work closely with designers, video producers, marketing teams, and other creative professionals to ensure animations effectively communicate the intended message and maintain consistent visual quality. The role also involves creating motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, animated typography, and other digital assets for different platforms and formats. You will review creative briefs, incorporate feedback, refine animation sequences, and deliver final content according to project specifications and deadlines. You will also assist with organizing project files, maintaining animation assets, adapting content for different screen sizes and platforms, and keeping up with emerging animation techniques, creative trends, software, and visual storytelling styles.

Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film, Visual Effects, or a related field. Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, composition, timing, movement, and design. Proficiency in animation and creative software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar tools. Strong creative, artistic, and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to develop storyboards, character designs, motion graphics, and engaging visual sequences. Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual communication. Ability to adapt creative content for social media, advertising, websites, video platforms, and other digital channels. Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual content. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
