Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The role involves providing anesthesia care for surgery, childbirth, and other procedures, coordinating with the surgical team to plan and administer anesthesia.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, ABA board certification, and an active medical license. Immigrants are welcome to apply and competitive salary is offered in UAE.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA).
Current medical license in good standing with the applicable state licensing board.

Responsibilities

Administer general, regional, or local anesthetics during medical procedures and childbirth
Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthetic dosage as needed
Evaluate patient conditions before and after administering anesthetics
Respond to emergency situations during surgical procedures or childbirth
Educate patients about anesthesia risks, benefits, and postoperative care instructions
Consult with medical personnel regarding patient care decisions
Maintain accurate documentation of anesthetic administration records
