Job summary

MSCI Inc. in Dubai seeks an Analytics Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to regional clients, supporting analytics products and risk modeling expertise across asset classes.

You will engage in pre-sales activities, deliver best practices, and help clients operationalize MSCI tools within their investment and risk processes. The role requires strong quantitative skills, English fluency, and willingness to travel in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of global financial markets and asset pricing.
• Experience in risk management or quantitative finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Business-level English is essential.
• Experience with MSCI or risk analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships within our Middle East client base; work with senior client executives & risk managers; implement strategic plans to ensure client retention.
• Develop expertise in MSCI products and models and provide Best Practices guidance.
• Identify opportunities to increase client usage and identify new users.
• Collaborate with the sales team on up-selling and cross-product opportunities; assist campaigns.
• Engage with clients about product road map and solicit feedback for development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client inquiries are managed properly.
• Respond to client inquiries about methodologies and analytics; conduct trainings/workshops; present in seminars.
• Be based in Dubai; travel to client locations across Saudi Arabia and GCC may be required.
