Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks a Junior Analyst to support AML, FATCA and CRS compliance in the UAE insurance sector. You will assist with KYC, due diligence, and regulatory reporting while helping implement policies and procedures aligned with UAE regulations.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external parties to obtain Tax and KYC information, maintain documentation, and participate in training programs to stay updated on FATCA, CRS and AML requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of AML, FATCA & CRS compliance experience in UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• CAMS, ICA or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and validate FATCA and CRS self-certification forms and KYC documentation.
• Perform due diligence on clients to determine FATCA & CRS status and ensure completeness of tax residency information.
• Assist in development and implementation of AML, FATCA & CRS policies and procedures.
• Coordinate to obtain required KYC and tax information for onboarding and ongoing compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of AML, FATCA & CRS documentation per retention policies.
• Prepare and submit AML, FATCA and CRS regulatory reports to authorities.
• Participate in training programs related to AML, FATCA & CRS compliance.
• Maintain awareness of all AML, FATCA CRS requirements.
• Identify gaps in client information or processes and escalate.
• Assist in responding to regulatory queries and audits.
• Develop training materials and conduct training on AML, FATCA & CRS.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are met per turnaround times.
