Job summary

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in education and teaching certification, with at least two years of primary teaching experience in an American-curriculum

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education and teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, ideally with the American curriculum.
• Proficiency in English; native level or near-native level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum standards, supporting students’ intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and exploration.
• Assess and monitor student progress, provide regular feedback to students and parents, and tailor strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster a collaborative classroom culture that promotes inclusivity and positive behavior.
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and planning sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and achievements.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support extracurricular activities and contribute to school events as needed.
