Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced Tutor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of tutoring experience, be able to work with students of all ages, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing individualized learning plans, and assisting in curriculum development, with regular feedback to parents and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field (preferred).
• 1+ years tutoring experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of tutoring subjects and ability to adapt to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans based on the needs of the students.
• Develop individualized learning plans for each student.
• Assist in developing a curriculum for academic subjects.
• Provide feedback on student progress and performance.
• Utilize appropriate teaching methods to ensure effective learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administrators.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Stay up-to-date on educational resources, trends, and best practices in tutoring.
