Job summary

Profession in Dubai is seeking a participant for algorithmic and quantitative trading roles. You will trade a wide range of financial instruments, develop and optimize trading strategies, and support day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates have STEM degrees (2023–2025), strong analytical skills, 1–3 years of programming experience, and fluency in English. Dubai relocation is offered, with opportunities to work closely with traders, quants, and developers.

Qualifications

• Graduation in 2023–2025 preferably in STEM fields such as Mathematics, CS, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Strong academic performance or high grades is desirable.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Trade a wide range of financial instruments.

Task:

• Trade a wide range of financial instruments
• Develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms
• Run trading desks and support day-to-day trading operations
• Manage execution and risk across complex trading portfolios
• Analyze market data and identify opportunities for strategy improvement
• Collaborate with developers from the IT department on trading-related projects
• Participate in testing, optimization, and deployment of trading algorithms
• Continuously learn and develop expertise in algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading

Expectation:

• Graduation in 2023–2025 preferably in a STEM field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
• Strong mental arithmetic and analytical abilities
• 1–3 years of programming experience in any language
• At least 1 year of professional or commercial coding experience
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Fluent English
• Openness to relocation to Dubai, UAE

Other:

• Participation in national or international competitions such as ICPC, IMO, IOI, national math or programming olympiads, Codeforces, or similar contests
• Strong academic performance or high grades
• Experience with Python, C++, Java, Go, or another programming language
• Interest in financial markets, algorithmic trading, quantitative trading, or high-frequency trading
• Experience with backtesting, market data, trading bots, research projects, or mathematical modeling
• Background in statistics, probability, optimization, or machine learning
