Job summary

Work corp in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Truck Driver to transport goods safely and on time.

The ideal candidate holds a valid UAE driver’s license with at least 3 years of commercial driving, has good knowledge of UAE roads, and provides courteous customer service with reliable route planning.

Salary is 1100 AED per month, and applicants with immigrant status are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Valid UAE driver's license with at least 3 years of commercial driving experience.
Physically fit; able to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs/23 kgs safely.
Good knowledge of UAE roads and highways.
Courteous demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues, and perform preventative maintenance
Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
Reporting any incidents to the appropriate authorities
Collecting payments when required
Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with directions, product selection etc.
Following delivery driving routes and time schedules.
