Job summary

Want More in Ajman UAE is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our firm. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include managing full set of accounts, monitoring and analyzing transactions, preparing monthly reports, assisting with budgets, and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Salary is AED 1100 per month; foreign candidates welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate financial records
• Monitor, verify, reconcile and analyse financial transactions
• Review the accuracy of journal entries and account classifications
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyses (cash flow statement, income statement and balance sheet)
• Assist with budget preparation
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
• Maintain internal control system/procedures to ensure compliance with policies/regulations
