Airside Operations Duty Manager

Job description

Monitor and mentor to ensure all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to. To manage a busy airside operation where technical cleaning is provided to all customers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including but not limited to SLA’s and KPI’s. Liaise with client management to represent the company and discuss outstanding issues. Monitor performance and disciplinary status of all staff. Liaise with Head Office for all HR related and performance issues. Represent the company to all regulatory bodies currently active at the airport, including police, customs, CID, and airport safety. Justify expenditure, produce accurate figures for P&L presentation.

Responsibilities include sound aviation operations knowledge, familiarity with all industry terminology, full security disclosure available, UAE driving license, and knowledge of aircraft cabin technology and dressing requirements preferred.
