Job summary

Vantage Hospitality is looking for a professional to manage aviation operations in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health & safety, managing airside operations, and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies. Candidates must possess sound aviation operations knowledge, a UAE driving license, and familiarity with industry terminology. This position offers the opportunity to represent a boutique hospitality advisory company with major clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Sound aviation operations knowledge is mandatory.
• Familiarity with industry terminology is required.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Knowledge of aircraft cabin technology preferred.

Job description

Monitor & mentor to ensure all health & safety requirements are met & adhered to. To manage a busy airside operation where the technical cleaning is provided to all customers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met including but not limited to SLA’s & KPI’s. Liaise with client management to represent the company & discuss outstanding issues. Monitor performance & disciplinary status of all staff. Liaise with Head Office for all HR related & performance issues. Represent the company to all regulatory bodies currently active at the airport including police, customs, CID & airport safety. Justify expenditure, produce accurate figures for P&L presentation.

Sound aviation operations knowledge. Familiar with all industry terminology. Full security disclosure available. UAE driving license. Aircraft cabin technology & dressing requirement knowledge preferred.
