Air Arabia is seeking a Workshop Maintenance Technician to assist in cabin maintenance for Air Arabia aircraft, including inspections, repairs, testing and component replacement. The role requires reading, writing and speaking English to technical standards and the ability to operate Microsoft Office.

Candidates must be able to obtain a UAE Driver’s License and be prepared to participate in Colombo-based recruitment events in Sri Lanka in mid-November 2026, with selection subject to invitation

Competenze

• Qualified and experienced Workshop Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications.
• Ability to use computer (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to obtain UAE Driver’s License.

Mansioni

• Assist the Engineer to carry out cabin maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, testing and component replacement on Air Arabia aircraft.
• Review assigned task cards with the Cabin Appearance Engineer to understand work scope, priorities and documentation.
• Prepare and perform scheduled component maintenance with required parts, tools and GSE, following instructions.
• Carry out test and inspection tasks to identify defects per approved procedures.
• Maintain proper tooling and ensure good condition after completion of work.
• Regularly report task status to the Engineer-in-Charge and flag any issues with components or execution.
