Job summary

Global Air Navigation Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced ATCO to provide aerodrome and approach control services, maintaining safe operations within a defined area of responsibility.

The role involves supporting shift management, monitoring equipment, and adhering to safety and regulatory reporting procedures. Candidates should have 5 years of operational ATC experience or the Ab Initio pathway with scholarship, on‑the‑job training and competence examination.

Qualifications

• 5 years of operational ATCO experience or equivalent airport validations.
• Ab Initio ATCO pathway with scholarship program, OJT and competence exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide aerodrome / approach control services in designated area of responsibility.
• Support unit management and ensure roster compliance with ATS Operational Manual.
• Monitor equipment serviceability and report safety hazards to Shift Supervisor.
• Report failures and potential risks via the reporting platform.
• Abide by instructions and administrative policies for conduct in the operational area.
• Maintain safety culture and report incidents to management and regulator via platform.
• Promote and support ANS Safety Management System within area of responsibility.
• Maintain Quality Management System documentation and control.
