Job summary

DFS Aviation Services is seeking highly motivated Air Traffic Controllers for roles based in Dubai (DXB or DWC). You will manage air traffic, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure safe, orderly, and expeditious flow of aircraft within assigned areas.

Qualifications

Validated ATC licence for Aerodrome/Tower or Approach
Ideally 3 years of experience at a major international airport
Comprehensive knowledge of ATC procedures and standards
Knowledge of aviation safety management systems
ICAO Level 4 English proficiency
Valid Class 3 ATC Medical Certificate

Responsibilities

Manage air traffic flow and provide slot allocation information to avoid congestion.
Coordinate with external agencies (adjacent ATCUs, UAE military, Airside Operations).
Adhere to ROSI reporting requirements with accurate, unambiguous information.
Promote a culture of safety and encourage reporting of safety issues within the team.
