TEN-XER is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead in Dubai to guide the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. You will lead AI strategy, mentor a team of AI developers and data scientists, and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will design scalable models, oversee deployment and maintenance, collaborate with stakeholders, and keep projects on time, within budget, and aligned with the latest AI trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
