- Proven background in Tier 2/3 support roles for enterprise applications.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Conversational AI systems.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, including model latency and errors.
- Collaborate with developers on prompt engineering and design workflows.
- Support automation systems like Camunda and Airflow.
- Document troubleshooting guides and communicate resolutions effectively.
