Job summary

Nair Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer for our UAE operations, onsite in Dubai. The role focuses on designing and deploying AI solutions, with emphasis on governance, security and regulatory compliance within financial services environments.

The candidate will lead architecture governance, data processing, and integration efforts across enterprise platforms, leveraging Azure cloud services, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern AI tooling to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on AI, ML, and solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on with AI tools and cloud services like Microsoft Azure.
• Experience delivering AI and digital transformation solutions within regulated environments with strong governance, risk management and regulatory understanding.

Nair Systems is currently looking for AI Solutions Engineer for (Offshore/Onsite) our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• Experience:
  • Good years of experience in AI machine learning and solution architecture with a proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms and cloud services like Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong background in machine learning algorithms deep learning data processing and systems integration. Ability to drive architecture governance code quality and technical standards.
  • Proven experience delivering AI and digital transformation solutions within financial services banking fintech regulatory authorities or highly regulated environments with a strong understanding of compliance governance risk management and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python Java or C.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and frameworks
• Experience with cloud infrastructure containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of data architecture data science security and privacy considerations in AI systems.
• Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM datalakes CMS APIs). Hands-on experience with frameworks like Hugging Face LangChain Foundry OpenAI APIs etc.
• Demonstrated experience in designing developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions including autonomous AI agents multi-agent systems AI orchestration frameworks and agent-based workflow automation using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry Agentforce etc

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
